Abstract

In 2020, BPS Denpasar City again held SKD.The results of the 2020 SKD are presented in the form of a publication containing an analysis ofconsumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, needsdata, and satisfaction with data quality. This analysis is complemented bypresentation in the form of Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and Perception IndexAnti-Corruption (IPAK).
